Welcome to the I Love to Scrap Web Store where customer satisfaction is our first priority and our goal is to provide you with quality scrapbook supplies at affordable prices. We offer a diverse line of scrapbook products including a wide variety of embellishments and paper, as well as, the latest scrapbooking tools. New items are being added to our inventory on a regular basis.
If you are interested in a particular item that is not shown in our on-line catalog, please let us know and we will make every effort to stock it for you at our regular low prices.
Shipping Information
We only ship to the continguous United States, Alaska or Hawaii. The only exception to this is for Breezy Designs (formerly Top Line Creations) product. For all orders in the continental U.S. we will ship your order within 2-3 days by USPS or UPS. Express mail is available upon request. We ship to APO and PPO boxes, however, there may be an additional charge for shipping on heavier items.
Shipping and Handling charges for are automatically calculated by weight
Over $150.00 postage is free. * (with the exception of items exceeding a total of 15 lbs . See exclusions)
*Exclusions* - Large Cardstock orders, the purchase of multiple albums and/ or a large volume of pewter products may incur additional charges. Most heavy shipments are sent fed ex ground. Weight and zoning play a factor in the shipping cost.
Please note effective July 15th, 2006 we have changed our shipping to an actual shipping method.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, return your unopened product within 15 days for a refund. Product must be in its original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Postage is not refundable.
If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, return it within 15 days. We will exchange it for the same item or refund your money.
Sales, clearance and discontinued items cannot be returned. Books and software cannot be returned. All sales are final.
Payment Policy
For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Paypal. Orders paid using a paypal check will be shipped once your check clears. Unfortunately, we not longer accept personal checks due to a number of problems we have encountered with this method.
Due to the high security of our system, at this time we can only process your payments manually. If you are interested in ordering with us select the "will call" option for payment and either fax us or call us with your credit card information. (please note when calling we are on Pacific Time.)
Privacy and Security
We value your privacy. We do not rent or sell any of your personal information including your name, address, e-mail address or credit card information. For the security of your personal information, all data passes a security layer known as SSL (secure socket layer). Your data is encrypted using a very powerful encryption algorithm. This makes it next to impossible for a third party to capture sensitive information.
